All products and services offered through Student Online Job are digital in nature. This includes but is not limited to:

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” like physical goods, our general policy is that all sales are final.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy

While our general policy does not allow refunds, we may consider exceptions in the following rare circumstances:

  • You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate payment)
  • You were charged an incorrect amount due to a technical error on our side
  • The product or service was never delivered and we are unable to provide access after multiple attempts
Exception requests must be raised within 7 days of payment by emailing support@studentonlinejob.in with your payment proof and a description of the issue.

All exception requests are reviewed individually and decided at our sole discretion. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
