Register a Merchant Account: You must have a registered business in Nepal. Visit the corporate panels (e.g., merchant.khalti.com or eSewa’s merchant onboarding) and upload your Company Registration, PAN/VAT certificate, and Tax Clearance documents.
Retrieve API Keys: Once approved, download your Public Keys, Secret Keys, and Merchant IDs from your respective merchant dashboards.
Configure & Test: Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments in your WordPress dashboard. Paste your credentials, use the built-in Sandbox/Test modes to verify transaction updates with test wallets, and then switch the status toggle to Live. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
